Upon full implementation of this project, the company will realize more than $500,000 in annual savings.  We then evaluated six possible suppliers as alternates for this company, submitted detailed opinions of each company, and finally settled on the alternate that has begun supplying an additional 10% of our client’s high quality supply from southern China.
